LAUNCHPADS

Co-host 6-12 hour marathons

Format: Multiple creators + multiple brands
Frequency: Monthly
Earnings: 10-15% commission on your segments

Example:
You host 3 brands, $15K total sales → You earn $2,250

Best for: High-energy hosts, variety creators

✓ On-camera confidence (we'll train the rest)
✓ Passion for a niche (beauty, fashion, food, tech, etc.)
✓ Willingness to learn (Flight System training required)
✓ Reliable (show up, perform, deliver)

You DON'T need:
✗ Millions of followers
✗ Prior selling experience
✗ Professional equipment (we provide)
✗ To live in Vegas (we fly you in for events)

Q: Do I need to be in Vegas? A: No. We fly you in for studio events OR you can host remotely for Watch Parties. LaunchPads are Vegas-based.

Q: Can I still work with other brands? A: Yes! You own your audience. Space Cadet is a partnership, not an exclusive contract.

Q: What if products don't sell? A: We guarantee $500 minimum payment per Watch Party. You get paid even if sales are low.

Q: How often can I host events? A: As often as brands book you. 

Q: Do I get to choose which brands I work with? A: Yes. We match you with brands in your niche, but you approve every partnership.

Q: What platforms do we stream on? A: TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, YouTube Live, Amazon Live, and spacecadet.com simultaneously.
